GETTING CABINETS HOME
Plan a smooth arrival
Choose free warehouse pickup in Houston or Jacksonville when eligible, or arrange freight to the project address. We confirm stock and the delivery details before release.
Collect from a warehouse
Jacksonville serves the Little Rock area. A billing or delivery address within 50 miles of either warehouse can qualify for free pickup with no handling fee. Wait for confirmation that your order is paid, in stock at the selected location and ready before traveling.
Check free pickup
Free warehouse pickup is available when your delivery or billing address is within 50 miles of either location. Pickup is not home delivery.
Make space for freight
Cabinets may arrive by freight. Plan for a delivery appointment, suitable truck access, a crew or equipment to unload and a dry indoor place to hold cartons. Free warehouse pickup does not include transport to your home or jobsite.
Checkout includes a cabinet freight allowance with residential and liftgate service by default. We verify address, item count, weight, carrier service and site access before releasing the shipment.
Check the cartons while the carrier is there
Cabinets are shipped unassembled. Count packages and inspect visible packaging before signing. Photograph the load, write shortages or visible damage on the carrier receipt, and report freight damage within two days. Keep labels and packaging during claim review.
Discuss the route
Send the cabinet list, ZIP code and access details so we can confirm pickup availability or freight service.
